2) Expanded Partnerships with IBM and Microsoft See Microsoft and IBM.  oC Logidex became certified as "Ready for Rational ClearCase/ClearQuest" and LogicLibrary became one of the first partners to be "SOA Certified" by IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries)  WebSphere. 6) Analyst Praise -- An independent report from industry analyst firm, The 451 Group highlighted LogicLibrary as taking strong initiative in offering service-oriented architecture (SOA) accounts. Logidex is highlighted as discovering and mapping software development assets - components, services, frameworks, documentation, models and plans - in order to represent them in an intuitive and graphical way. The result is a library of software that encourages reuse.

7) Technology Innovation -- LogicLibrary announced that it was awarded two patents from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Patent number 7,080,355 for the Company's targeted asset capture, identification, and management invention. Two major highlights of this patent are the graphical reference model-based searching capability and the advanced method for tracking the usage of individual assets in different projects. Both are key components in LogicLibrary's flagship product, Logidex, giving customers an unrivaled solution that provides both visibility for reusing software assets and governance of SOA initiatives. Patent number 7,149,734 was awarded and broadened the scope of the original patent and includes integration with other systems of record and configurable and extensible asset metadata template mechanisms.

10) Customer Acknowledgment oC LogicLibrary's customers recognized the business value of "NextGen" SOA Governance during LogicLibrary's continuing customer forums examining the challenges and successes in building service-oriented architectures (SOAs). The event featured representatives from Global 1000 companies such as ING, Liberty Mutual, Honeywell, CVS (1) (Concurrent Versions System) A version control system for Unix that was initially developed as a series of shell scripts in the mid-1980s.
