SOA Design-Time Governance Leader Expands on 2005 Accomplishments

1) Strong Customer Demand -- with a proven track record for delivering business results, LogicLibrary's customer base increased over 20% in 2006, adding clients such as Michelin, BMW Financial, Lockheed Martin, AEGON, and Vital, Norway's largest life insurance company.

2) Expanded Partnerships with IBM and Microsoft oC Logidex became certified as "Ready for Rational ClearCase/ClearQuest" and LogicLibrary became one of the first partners to be "SOA Certified" by IBM WebSphere. Additionally, LogicLibrary announced a reseller agreement with IBM Global Services. LogicLibrary attained Microsoft Certified Partner status, the certification further validates LogicLibrary's ability to be integrated seamlessly into Visual Studio 2005 Team System projects.

3) Product Excellence -- LogicLibrary announced Logidex 5.0, "NextGen SOA Governance Tools" and quickly followed the success of 5.0 with SOA FastPath, which allows enterprises to immediately implement an "out-of-the box" SOA solution with pre-configured governance policies, user roles and metadata.

4) Vision -- LogicLibrary announced the launch of Logidex Community Reporting (LCR), a collaboration vehicle to facilitate the rapid and mutual sharing of report designs and ideas in the fast-growing Logidex community. LCR makes it possible for Logidex users to share ideas and expertise on how to maximize their software reuse and SOA initiatives.

5) Industry Leadership -- LogicLibrary announced its inclusion on the Software 500, Software Magazine's list of the world's foremost software and services providers, published as an online catalog on www.Softwaremag.com.

6) Analyst Praise -- An independent report from industry analyst firm, The 451 Group highlighted LogicLibrary as taking strong initiative in offering service-oriented architecture (SOA) accounts. Logidex is highlighted as discovering and mapping software development assets - components, services, frameworks, documentation, models and plans - in order to represent them in an intuitive and graphical way. The result is a library of software that encourages reuse.

7) Technology Innovation -- LogicLibrary announced that it was awarded two patents from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Patent number 7,080,355 for the Company's targeted asset capture, identification, and management invention. Two major highlights of this patent are the graphical reference model-based searching capability and the advanced method for tracking the usage of individual assets in different projects. Both are key components in LogicLibrary's flagship product, Logidex, giving customers an unrivaled solution that provides both visibility for reusing software assets and governance of SOA initiatives. Patent number 7,149,734 was awarded and broadened the scope of the original patent and includes integration with other systems of record and configurable and extensible asset metadata template mechanisms.

8) ROI Leadership -- LogicLibrary released a white paper based on a customer survey that quantified the value of software reuse in emerging SOA implementations. The paper, titled "The ROI of SOA Relative to Traditional Component Reuse: Initial Quantified ROI on SOA Initiatives," is based on a survey of LogicLibrary customers in the "early-adopter" phase of large-scale SOA implementations. The results illustrate impressive and measurable cost savings, as well as increases in quality and productivity.

9) Recognition -- LogicLibrary was selected as an Inner City 100 "Company to Watch." The award, presented by the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC), a national non-profit focused on creating healthy urban economies, honors companies in inner cities across America demonstrating "extraordinary growth and innovative business practices."

10) Customer Acknowledgment oC LogicLibrary's customers recognized the business value of "NextGen" SOA Governance during LogicLibrary's continuing customer forums examining the challenges and successes in building service-oriented architectures (SOAs). The event featured representatives from Global 1000 companies such as ING, Liberty Mutual, Honeywell, CVS, and TELUS. This session included the largest number of participating customers since the series started.
