2005 off to flying start.


Troutbrook Company, a full service real estate company based in Manhattan, has gotten off to an accomplished start in the first quarter.

The company closed in the first week of February on a, re-development of a historical building in Carnegie Hill, on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Troutbrook Construction will oversee the development of this project.

This property acquisition brings Troutbrook back to the Upper East Side in less than a year in executing business.

Last Spring it sold 68-74 East End Avenue, a future 100,000 SF development site to Sidney A. Fetner and Associates and Bruce Brickman for $9.7 MM.

Troutbrook also received, in the past quarter, the acceptance and approval of the offering for condominium condominium
