2005 Distinguished Service Awardees named.


One of the highlights of the International Franchise Association's recent Franchise Appreciation Day celebration was the presentation of the 2005 Distinguished Service Awards. The awards were established to recognize individuals who have devoted many years to promoting franchising through helping the association fulfill its mission by active participation on committees, task forces and the board of directors.

She was a founding member of the Coffee Beanery's Franchisee Advisory Council, on which she served until joining the MotoPhoto Franchise system a decade later. Kimball currently serves on the boards of directors of the Iowa Association of Business and Industry, Principal Mutual Funds and of the University of Northern Iowa's College of Business Administration.
