2005 AND 1 Mix Tape(R) Tour Returns to Louisville on July 27th for First Time Since 2003.


AND 1 Mix Tape(R) Tour:
WHO:    Basketball footwear and apparel company AND 1 and playground
        legends including the newly signed Spyda, Baby Shack and
        Pharmacist as well as living legends AO, Professor,
        Helicopter, Go Get It,  1/2 Man 1/2 Amazing, High Octane,
        Prime Objective and former Louisville Cardinal Troy Jackson
        aka Escalade.

WHAT:   The 2005 AND 1 Mix Tape(R) Tour is the official, authentic
        streetball event running this summer in 30 cities from June
        10th through August 21st. What began as an underground,
        five-city event is now the United States' largest summer-long
        basketball tour featuring the world's best streetball players.
        Each Tour stop consists of a free Open Run followed by a
        ticketed Mix Tape Game.

DETAILS:

        --  One lucky KFC consumer will have the chance to try to make
            the shot of a lifetime during halftime. Shooting from 71'
            to the basket, if he sinks it, the prize is a whopping
            $1MM! The KFC $1 Million Bucket is a halftime spectacular
            that is sure to make the highlight reels.

        --  KFC/Pepsi will donate $500 to the Brick House
            Organization.

        --  Open run is a series of non-stop basketball games during
            which Louisville talent take to the court to try to earn a
            spot on the AND 1 Mix Tape(R) Tour roster. Participants
            must be 18 or accompanied by a parent or guardian. Open
            run participants will be vying for a place on the 2006 AND
            1 Mix Tape(R) Tour and an endorsement contract from AND 1.
