2004-2005 NAMA Executive Committee: leading the organization.


The 2004-2005 Executive Committee is set to lead the organization into the new program year. Below is information on each member of the committee.

President * Tom Taylor This article is about the dramatist and editor. For other uses, see Tom Taylor (disambiguation)

Tom Taylor (October 19, 1817 – July 12, 1880) was a dramatist and editor of Punch magazine.

He was born at Bishopwearmouth, near Sunderland, in north-east England.
 (Great Plains Chapter/High. Plains Journal) Tom Taylor is currently Associate Publisher and Vice President of High Plains Journal.

Taylor has in various positions for the Great Plains Chapter. Nationally, he served as Program Committee vice chair and chair and chair of the Trade Show Committee, and; served on the Executive Committee from 1998-2001. He returned to the Executive Committee in 2002.

President-Elect * Tom Smull (Iowa Chapter/Metro Iowa Plus Newspapers) Tom Smull is the advertising representative for Metro Iowa Plus Newspapers.

2. The Khoikhoin language of the Nama.
 member for over 17 years and has served in many NAMA leadership positions including president of the Iowa Chapter and regional director. He was elected to the Executive Committee in 2000.

Secretary/ Treasurer * Sheri Seger (Chicago Chapter /Progressive Farmer) Sheri Seger is the Midwest manager of Progressive Farmer. In this position she oversees sales activities for the magazine out of the Chicago office.

Seger has served as president of the Chicago Chaplin, vice-chair and chair of the Best of NAMA committee, and has served on the Executive Committee since 2001.

Vice President Stephanie Gable gable

 (Carolinas/ Virginia/Bayer CropScience) Stephanie Gable is communications manager for Bayer CropScience in Durham, North Carolina Durham is a city in the U.S. state of North Carolina. It is the county seat of Durham CountyGR6 and is the fourth-largest city in the state by population. . She served on the national Careers committee for three years. She has served on the Executive Committee since 2002.

Vice President Patty Travis (Mid-America/ 5MetaCom) Patty Travis is Media Director for 5MetaCom, having been with them for over 11 years. She has been involved with NAMA locally in numerous positions including president. She has served as Regional Director and has been on the Executive Committee since 2002.

Vice President Susie Decker (Cornbelt Chapter /Farm Progress Companies) Susie Decker is Regional Sales Manager sales manager ngerente m/f de ventas

 for Farm Progress Companies. Decker has served in many NAMA positions, including president of the Cornbelt Chapter and Regional Director. She was elected to the Executive Committee in 2003.

Vice President Monte Reese (Rocky Mtn. Chapter/ Cattlemen's Beef Promotion & Research Board) Monte Reese is the chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The officer of a firm responsible for day-to-day management, usually the president or an executive vice-president.
 (COO (Cell Of Origin) See mobile positioning. ) of the Cattlemen's Beef Promotion and Research Board. Reese served NAMA as chair of the Commodity Promotion Council as a chair. He was elected to the Executive Committee in 2003.

Vice President * Ken Anderson (Midlands Chapter /NC+ Hybrids) Ken Anderson is marketing manager for NC+ Hybrids. Anderson has been a NAMA member for over 20 years. He has served as a director and president of the Midlands Chapter. He also chaired the Chapter Services Committee.

Vice President * Carol Anderson (MoKan Chapter/ Fleishman-Hillard, Inc.) Carol Anderson is a senior vice president and partner. She has served NAMA in a variety of positions, most recently as the vice chair and chair of the Agribusiness agribusiness

Agriculture operated by business; specifically, that part of a modern national economy devoted to the production, processing, and distribution of food and fibre products and byproducts.
