Cancellation/Refund Information

Annual meeting registration fee:

* Total refund TO REFUND. To pay back by the party who has received it, to the party who has paid it, money which ought not to have been paid.
     2. On a deficiency of assets, executors and administrators cum testamento annexo, are entitled to have refunded to them legacies
 if written request is postmarked or faxed on or before 6/4/04

* Refund of registration fee less $50 if postmarked or faxed 6/5/04-6/18/04

* No refund for requests postmarked or faxed on or after 6/18/04
