Responsible Drinking Policy--Recognizing the emphasis on networking done through receptions and social events and the potential for alcohol abuse, NAA encourages responsible drinking. Supporting this policy, all NAA sponsored receptions will offer non-alcoholic beers and soft drinks. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 21.

Weather & Attire--Las Vegas VEGAS Vocational and Educational Guidance for Aboriginals Scheme (Australia)  is hot in June with average temperatures of: High 102/Low-62. Business casual is appropriate at all of the education sessions and on the trade show floor. NAA REGISTRATION AREA

The NAA Registration Area, located in the Las Vegas Convention Center The Las Vegas Convention Center is owned and operated by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and is located in Clark County, Nevada. Audio Tape/CD Sales: Many of NAA's education sessions will be professionally recorded. Tapes and CD's may be purchased in the NAA Registration Area with special on-site discount. You may also order tapes/CD's after the conference on NAA's Web site www.naahq.org.

CEC (Central Electronic Complex) The set of hardware that defines a mainframe, which includes the CPU(s), memory, channels, controllers and power supplies included in the box. Some CECs, such as IBM's Multiprise 2000 and 3000, include data storage devices as well.  Pavilion Education Credits: After attending your education sessions, visit the CEC Pavilion at your convenience, swipe your ExpoCard that you will receive in your registration packet, enter the code of the session that your instructor will provide you and receive your credit. Closing Gala Banquet A banquet is a large public meal or feast, complete with main courses and desserts. It usually serves a purpose, such as a charitable gathering, a ceremony, or a celebration. Sometimes a banquet consists of only desserts, but it is advisable to include main courses as well.  Reservations: An electronic banquet reservations system is used to secure your Closing Gala seat selection. Refreshment Lounge: A lounge area will be set-up in the NAA Registration Area for your convenience during the conference. Stop by for a cold beverage or some coffee and a light snack as you make your plans to attend the Closing Gala, visit the Cyber Cafe, or while you enter your Continuing Education continuing education: see adult education.

For a speedy registration process, NAA will mail name badges and event tickets in advance to those who have registered by May 28, 2004. This will allow you to check in at the satellite registration desk at the Las Vegas Hilton The Las Vegas Hilton is a hotel, casino, and convention center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
