2004 Leadership Luncheon sets the stage for Mackinac.The fifth annual Leadership Luncheon, hosted by the Eight Mile Boulevard Association on April 23, will bring together key decision makers from our region to discuss timely public policy issues affecting both Eight Mile Road and Southeast Michigan Southeast Michigan, also called Southeastern Michigan, is a region in the Lower Peninsula of the U.S. state of Michigan that is home to a majority of the state's businesses and industries, and is home to slightly over half the state's population. . The Detroit Regional Chamber proudly supports this event as the perfect foundation for the "Big Four" dialogue that will continue at the Chamber's Mackinac Policy Conference in early June. Special guests invited this year are U.S. Sens. Carl Levin and Debbie Stabenow of Michigan and members of Congress from Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties.
