MTNA Middle Tennessee Nursery Association (McMinnville, Tennessee) 
 FOUNDATION FUND State Incentive Giving Campaign. The campaign is based on individual members giving to the FOUNDATION FUND during the preceding calendar year.

Categories 1 and 2 are based on the percentage of members contributing. WMTA won Category 1 with the highest percentage of members making a gift: 37.5 percent of its members contributed during 2003. In Category 2, 16.45 percent of AMTA members made a donation of $25 or more. Categories 3 and 4 are based on dollar amount contributed. In Category 3, CAPMT members gave $8,131.50 to the general fund. In Category 4, CAPMT members contributed a total of $8,486.50 to the general fund and endowment funds combined.

State associations rounding out the top five in each category are North Dakota, Arkansas, Maine and Hawaii (Category 1); Wyoming, Hawaii, Kentucky and Delaware (Category 2); Georgia, Ohio, New York Ohio is a town in Herkimer County, New York, United States. The population was 922 at the 2000 census. The town is named after the state of Ohio.

The Town of Ohio is in the northwest part of the county and northeast of Utica.
