Ajamu Ayinde is an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, and Trainer in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Healing. A dynamic presenter at conventions nationwide, he has a B.A. in Asian Studies and studied with a Korean Shaman. He has been initiated in the Nigerian spiritual system of Ifa and has been an assistant instructor in Chinese, Japanese & Brazilian martial arts. Ajamu teaches hypnosis certification classes in New York and Georgia. He works out of Millennium Healthcare specializing in visualization for cancer support and writes a monthly column for Celebrate Life, a Wellness newsletter for Benedictine Hospital's (NY) breast cancer support group.

Peter Blum has been a musician all of his life and has studied North Indian classical music, Native American shamanism, and mongolian Magical overtone singing. His 5 CD's Sounds for Healing combine music & spoken hypnotic inductions and are used in yoga centers, acupuncture & massage clinics and the new Memorial Sloan Kettering Integrative Medicine Center. Peter has had a full-time hypnotherapy practice since 1988. Known for his use of humor, Peter has trained hundreds of health professionals in clinical applications of hypnosis with an Ericksonian spin.

Marla Bruker is an accomplished motivational speaker and seminar leader. As a peak performance coach, she has inspired thousands worldwide to realize their hidden potential by learning to trust their intuition as they move towards success. Marla has her Doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy, is a Registered Hypno Anesthesiologist, NLP practitioner, and certified seminar leader. Dr. Brucker has been practicing in the area of performance enhancement, pain management, and counseling since 1978. She has worked in hospitals, mental health clinics, educational institutes and social service agenciesa. She is currently in private practice in San Diego, California.

Dr Clarice Graham Carter, CHt IMDHA Fellow, is an educator, Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, lecturer, Reiki Master Teacher and author. The recipient of several teaching awards and listed in Who's Who: Biographical Record: Child Development Professionals', she is a member of several prestigious professional organizations. Dr. Carter specializes in researching, integrating, and teaching NLP to impact learning and behavior. She translates research in neuroscience into student-friendly hands-on experiences. The founder of Your Talk Net, recent innovations are interactive recordings, Achievement Anchors, and Win-Win Attitudes for Kids, attitude anchors for children of all ages.

Ginger DeCoster is an IMDHA member from Detroit, MI when she is not entertaining crowds with her comedic talents she is a 2nd term President of United Steelworkers of America Local #9264 and Trustee of United Steelworkers of America District #2. She is also an LPN, Reflexologist and of course a Certified Hypnotherapist.

James Duncan, CHt, Board Member and Mentoring Chairman for IMDHA has been involved with hypnosis for over 25 years. His private practice focuses mainly on cancer/ catastrophic health & spiritual issues, but also includes diverse areas of therapy as well as the exacting techniques of Forensic Hypnosis. He is a frequent lecturer for organizations such as Gilda's Club, Karmanos Cancer Institute and The National Marfan Foundation. He aids many groups, performers, law enforcement & business people in finding better ways of living through hypnosis. He is known for his use of unique concepts for hypnotic motivation and script creation. Jim is moderator of the IMDHA online Mentoring Discussion Group which is a dynamic forum to share questions, concerns, insights and support in a worldwide network.

Dr. Helene Feldman, DCH is co-founder and Educational Director of The Institute of Hypnotherapy a State approved private vocational school for hypnotherapy. She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy; MS in Educational Administration & Supervision; MS Special Education and BA in Psychology. Dr. Feldman is a former NYC High School Principal and former Director of Special Education for the city of Newark, NJ. She serves on the NYC Board of Ed, Chancellors' School Improvement Team. Dr. Feldman is on faculty with American Pacific University, a Fellow of the IHF, Board of Directors of IMDHA, IHF and the Professional Board of Hypnotherapy (Canada).

Dr. Jaime Feldman is the Director of The Institute of Hypnotherapy in New Jersey, a State approved vocational school offering Clinical Hypnotherapy programs. Dr. Feldman has his Doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy, a Masters in Business Administration, and Industrial Psychology. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Computer Engineering. Philip Holder, PhD President of Master's Center for Personal Development & Program Director/Chief of Staff of Master's Center Inst. of Hypnotherapy and Inst. of Hypnosis Sciences. He has received numerous awards from prominent hypnosis organizations. Dr. Holder is a lecturer/ author appearing in print, TV, radio, and is featured on instructional recordings. Therapists and trainers use his book, Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy--The Power of the Subconscious Mind. He is a instructor offering certification courses and is a professor at Bucks County College. He regularly travels teaching and people worldwide come for his services and to study. Steven Freitag, PhD Dr. Steven M. Freitag holds his doctorate in Clinical Psychology and his Masters in Hypnotherapy, as well as, his Masters Certification in Sensory Integrations Therapy. Dr. Freitag has offices in Corpus Christi, Texas, Austin, Texas, and San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Freitag specializes using Hypnotherapy in the medical field working with neurologists, dentists, psychologists, and general practioners.

David Kato has been in the medical and health care profession for 31 years. He is a clinical Hypnotherapist and psychotherapist at the Bristol Hypnotherapy Clinic in the UK, specializing in clinical depression, and ante/post natal depression. He also consults those with panic attacks, phobias, IBS, insomnia, OCD, trichotillomania, bulimia, primary tokophobia, childbirth and psychological disorders pre/post partum seeing patients from all over the UK and other countries. David trains hypnotherapists at the Hypnosis for Childbirth--UK teaching unit, which he set up. He lectures on clinical depression to medical departments in universities and hospitals. Anne King, CHt, a Diplomat & Fellow of the IMDHA, an instructor in hypnosis and has had a successful hypnosis practice since 1986. She has owned & operated businesses in three Texas cities. She currently sees clients on a part-time basis and focuses on training new hypnotherapists in Basic, Intermediate & Advanced techniques. She also teaches specialty CEH classes. She is heavily involved in metaphysics and founded the Unity Church of Boerne in her home town in the beautiful Texas hill country in 1995.

Jillian LaVelle is the CEO of the International Assoc. of Counselors and Therapists in Bonita Springs, FL. She was appointed special Ambassador to China by the Citizen's Ambassador Committee in the field of hypnotherapy. She represented the USA with a 27-member delegation in 1994 and was honored as delegation leader in 2001. That same year she received the International Hypnosis Federation Award for outstanding contributions in counseling and therapy. In 1999 she received the Outstanding Clinical Contribution award by the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists. In 2002 she was named Member of the Year by IMDHA. Jillian is the publisher of Unlimited Human!

Kim Manning, CHt, is a member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association. She is also a Certified Medical Hypnotherapist specializing in pain management and enhanced healing. Associated with Beaumont and Straith Hospital, Kim has successfully introduced these local hospitals to utilizing hypnosis in their operating rooms. Kim is the founder of Focused Solutions where she maintains a private practice, conducts workshops, seminars and classes. She draws from a wide variety of hypnotherapeutic processes to assist her clients in reaching their goals.

Retha Martin, CHt, is the founder of the Retha J. Martin School of Hypnotherapy, North Coast Hypnosis Society. In private practice, she also is an instructor in Ohio's continuing Ed programs. Besides appearing on TV and radio, she currently has her own Complimentary Care TV program, broadcast in North Central Ohio. Retha specializes in the practice of hypnotherapy for positive behavioral changes in children. She has received awards including the Pebble in the Pond, honors and congressional recognition. Retha is a Diplomat of the IMDHA.

Robert Otto, Diplomat of the IMDHA, has over 20 years experience in Mind Dynamics. Speaking to as many as 150,000 people, he is considered a Worm Class Presenter and serves on faculty for IMDHA, NGH, IACT, ABH, NBH, and Hypnotic Anesthesiology, M-A-H-C, NCHS, IHF, and ACHE. He has received many awards including the prestigious Ormond McGill Award for Outstanding Faculty Member from the NGH, as well as Therapist of the Year Award from the M-A-H-C, and the Sealah Award form IMHFGI. Robert is also past president of IHHFGI, and is currently on the board of directors tot IMDHA. He works with major hospitals and corporations and makes frequent appearances on radio, TV, newspapers and magazines. He is a regular contributor to professional hypnosis journals and is the producer of numerous programs on behavior modification and human potential. His training tapes have received international acclaim.

Patricia Sievert, CHt has used hypnosis over 30 years. She is certified in Hypnoanesthesia & Pain Management, Regression Therapy, Level 1 Ericksonian Hypnosis and is certified by HypnoBirthing Institute and Imagery Birthing Institute in Childbirth Education. Patricia has demonstrated the healing power of hypnosis on MTV's I Have a Fear and has been interviewed on radio. She and her husband own and operate Personal Growth School of Hypnotherapy, a state approved school of Hypnosis in Cleveland Ohio. She is proud to be an IMDHA mentor and School Owner and Educator.

Anne H. Spencer-Beacham, PhD is the Founder and Director of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association[R] and Infinity Institute. She was the 1995 recipient of the Int'l Hypnosis Hall of Fame, Education Sealah Award. The prestigious David Elman Award was bestowed upon Spencer in 1996 as Instructor of the Year. The Presidents Award 2000 was presented to Dr. Anne by the International Association of Counselors & Therapists. Dr. Spencer is the director of Infinity Institute, a state licensed post secondary school to teach hypnosis as an occupation. Shelley Stockwell-Nicholas Southern California based Media Personality Dr. Shelley Stockwell-Nicholas is founder and president of the International Hypnosis Federation[R]. She trains and certifies Hypnotists, Past Life Therapists and Spiritual Counselors and is the author of 12 books on hypnosis and the mind including the best selling, Hypnosis: How to Put A Smile On Your Face and $$ in Your Pocket. Editor of the Hyp News and contributing editor of the new McGill's Hypnotherapy Encyclopedia, she received the IMDHA 1999 Pen and Quill Award, 2001 Honorary Service Award and the 2002 Distinguished Service Award.

Katherine Zimmerman is an internationally-known author and speaker, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, ReikiMaster, and EFT Trainer with a private practice in California. Since 1989 she was taught classes on self hypnosis, EFT and other related subjects, along with doing presentations on hypnotherapy at professional conferences nationwide.
