2004 E-Government Citizen Satisfaction Summit Showcases E-Gov Success Stories; American Customer Satisfaction E-Gov Scores To Be Revealed at Event for E-Gov Leaders and Innovators.


WASHINGTON -- The first E-Government Citizen Satisfaction Summit will be hosted by the Department of the Treasury's Federal Consulting Group on September 21, 2004 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. The free conference will teach e-gov specialists how to get accurate, actionable Giving sufficient legal grounds for a lawsuit; giving rise to a Cause of Action.

Attendees will also hear expert advice from leaders in the performance measurement and citizen satisfaction fields, with practical advice for getting a handle on communicating with citizens through the online channel.

In addition, the latest results from the American Customer Satisfaction Index The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) is a leading indicator of consumer behavior, measuring the satisfaction of consumers across the U.S. economy.
