Raleigh (IPA: /ˈrɑli/, ral-ee) is the capital of the State of North Carolina and the county seat of Wake County. , has been awarded the 2004 TAPPI TAPPI Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry Pulp Manufacture Division Charles S. Gardner Memorial Scholarship. Stroud is studying Paper Science Engineering and Chemical Engineering at NCSU and expects to receive his degrees in 2007 and 2008. He maintains a 3.9 overall GPA, is on the Dean's List, and has been awarded several honors, including the Pulp and Paper Foundation Merit Scholarship and the Ciba Specialty Chemicals “Ciba” redirects here. For the pre-1971 company, see Novartis. Ciba Specialty Chemicals is a chemical company based in and near Basel, Switzerland. It was formed as the non-pharmaceuticals elements of Novartis were spun out in 1997, following the merger in the Foundation Outstanding High School Science Award. The Charles S. Gardner Memorial Scholarship is sponsored by MOTAG South, the Millyard Operations Technical Advancement Group--South, a subcommittee of the Fiber Raw Material Supply Committee of TAPPI's Pulp Manufacture Division. |
