This report form is available on the ASMC website and is due by April 10, 2004. Chapter Competition This program is designed to encourage chapter programming that fulfills the mission of the Society. Each chapter competes in its size category and is awarded points in eleven different fields of programming. All chapters with membership growth are automatically eligible. In addition, a Recruiter of the Year is chosen in each chapter-size category for recruitment of new members throughout the year. Five Star This award is presented to any chapter that sets a standard of effort for well-rounded professional chapter performance. Chapters submit an annual report in April, with various reporting requirements throughout the year in the area of administration.
