Closing Session

The Refreshing Winds of Change

Closing the 2003 Agri-Marketing Conference and Trade Show will be Dr. Will Miller. Dr. Miller's insightful presentation will have attendees nodding in agreement one moment, then laughing the next. His unique combination of training and experience will send attendees home with valuable counsel on dealing with stress, while easing away worries on-the-spot through his comic humor.

America's comedy clubs would probably be the last place you would expect to give rise to one of the country's leading cultural analysts, but that is exactly what happened in the case of Dr. Will Miller. At the same time Dr. Miller was working his way up to headliner status as a comedian, he earned four graduate degrees and was trained as a psychotherapist and ordained as a minister.

Dr. Miller was Nick At Nite's resident Television Therapist and the host of their "Why We Watch" segment for five years. His penetrating, yet tongue-in-cheek insights into the hidden meanings of our favorite television shows made him a popular fixture at the home of Classic TV. Currently, Dr. Miller has been a frequent guest on a variety of television programs including CNN's "Larry King Show," ABC's "Good Morning America," and the "Rosie O'Donnell Show." He was also profiled on NBC's "Dateline" and in People Magazine, and is a regular contributor to Entertainment Weekly Magazine.
