Gabrielle Nina Haigh, of Cleveland Heights, Ohio Cleveland Heights is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States, a suburb of Cleveland. The city's population was 49,958 at the 2000 census. In 2003 the population was estimated at 49,016. , is a sixth-grade student at Laurel School. Gabrielle currently studies with Mary Ann Griebling. Her compositions have consistently earned first place at the MTNA MTNA Music Teachers National Association
MTNA Middle Tennessee Nursery Association (McMinnville, Tennessee) 
 state and division levels since 2000. In the MTNA national competitions, she received second place in 2000 and an honorable mention in 2001. In addition, Gabrielle has earned honors through composition competitions with the National Federation of Music Clubs National Federation of Music Clubs (NFMC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to Music Education and the promotion of creative and performing arts in the United States. , most recently attaining first place in Ohio.

Alexander John Moran, of Newfields, New Hampshire Newfields is a town in Rockingham County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 1,551 at the 2000 census. Felipe Lara, of Revere, Massachusetts, is a student of Alla Elana Cohen at the New England Conservatory (NEC). A graduate of the Berklee College of Music Berklee College of Music, founded in 1945, is an independent music college in Boston, Massachusetts, with many prominent faculty, staff, alumni, and visiting artists. It has an enrollment of approximately 3,900 students and a 2004 faculty of approximately 430. , he is a candidate for graduate study at Harvard, Tufts or Boston University. He plans to continue studying with Cohen at the NEC. He has composed music for a variety of mediums, including orchestral, choral, chamber and solo, as well as film scores. While at Berklee, he won the Youth Concerts at Symphony Hall Award.

MTNA Junior High School Brass Competition, sponsored by Conn-Selmer, Inc.

Kurt Riecken, of Maitland, Florida, is in the ninth grade at Winter Park Ninth Grade Center. He studies trombone with Eric Mendez. Kurt is active in the Winter Park High School Marching Band and Park Philharmonic, and the Winter Park Wind Ensemble. He is a member of the Florida Youth Symphony Orchestra. In 2002, Kurt received the John Phillip Sousa Band Award and the Dawn Wurster Band Award, and has been named to the All-State Band and All-State Orchestra several times.

Alexander Lue, of Richardson, Texas, attends Apollo Junior High School Apollo Junior High School is a secondary school in Richardson, Texas. It is part of the Richardson Independent School District.

Apollo is one of two intermediate schools that feed L.V. Berkner High School. Founded in 1977, Apollo educates students in grades 7-8.
. He studies piano with Samuel Wong. Alexander received the Texas Commission on the Arts 2002 Young Masters Scholarship. As a guest soloist, he performed at the Texas Tour Artists banquet and has performed with the Piano Symphony Orchestra in a concert series. Alexander performed as guest soloist with Orquesta Filamonica de la Universidad de Lima and a solo recital at the Fourth Bela Bartok International Piano Festival in Lima, Peru.

Jonathan Hill, of Tacoma, Washington, is in the tenth grade at Stadium High School. Jonathan studies tuba with Chris Olka and has participated in several competitions. He was a semi-finalist in the International Tuba and Euphonium euphonium

Jeffery King, of Piano, Texas, is in the twelfth grade and is home schooled. He studies violin with Jan Mark Sloman. Jeffery soloed with the Plano Symphony Orchestra and the Southern Methodist University Southern Methodist University, at Dallas, Tex.; United Methodist; coeducational; chartered 1911. The school's facilities include laboratories for electron microscopy and stable isotopes, a museum of paleontology, and a graduate research center.  Meadows Symphony Orchestra. He served as concert-master of the Monday Night Orchestra and the All-Region Orchestra. Jeffery was the winner of the Hubbard Young Artist Competition and the grand-prize winner of the Collin County Young Artist Competition. He performs with several ensembles.

Maliea Yakymi, of Portland, Oregon, is in the twelfth grade at Grant High School. She currently studies voice with April Duvic. Maliea has participated in several competitions including the District Solo/Ensemble Contest, where she placed first, and she was the Violet Lang Opera Scholarship winner. Maliea has had the opportunity to participate in the Mary Dibbern Master Class and Dale Moore Master Class. In addition, she was selected to attend both the Oberlin High School Oberlin High School is a public high school located in Oberlin, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Oberlin City Schools district.

At Shorter College, he has performed Dr. Gregg in Gallantry, Tony in The Most Happy Fella, and Eisenstein in Die Fledermaus. Stacy Wilson is a student at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro (UNCG), where she studies saxophone with Steven Stusek. She was the winner of the UNCG Concerto Competition and a member of the UNCG Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble and Orchestra. Stacy has performed with the Greensboro Philharmonia, saxophone quartets and small jazz combos. She has participated in a Eugene Rousseau master class. She is an instructor at Ellis Music and Arts in Burlington.

MTNA Collegiate Chamber Music Performance Competition

Sponsored by the Allen I. McHose Scholarship Fund

The Rasa Saxophone Quartet, in its second year of residency at Michigan State University Michigan State University, at East Lansing; land-grant and state supported; coeducational; chartered 1855. It opened in 1857 as Michigan Agricultural College, the first state agricultural college. , is comprised of graduate students of Joseph Lulloff. The group made its debut at the biennial North American Saxophone Alliance The North American Saxophone Alliance is an organization for saxophone players from around North America. Members are required to pay dues, which vary depending on age. NASA hosts regional conferences for each of its 10 regions. It also hosts a biennial international conference.  Conference at the University of North Texas. Besides appearing in competition performances throughout the country, the quartet plans to perform at the Region 5 NASA Conference and the World Saxophone Congress The World Saxophone Congress is a festival gathering approximately 1000 saxophonists and other musicians from all over the world. It is held once every three years at a different congress centre in a different country and focuses primarily (although not exclusively) on the  XIII at the University of Minnesota (body, education) University of Minnesota - The home of Gopher.
