2002 Holiday Party attracts over 700 Real Estate professionals.

Popularity of the networking events sponsored by the BMAR continues to grow as proven by the successful Holiday Party recently held at the Marina del Rey Caterers. "Over 700 professionals from throughout the New York metropolitan area attended the popular event to renew old friendships, establish new business contacts or just have a good time,: noted Harold Maniram, Party Chairman. Many companies purchase more than one table and have their company or office party in conjunction with the Holiday Party of the BMAR. "Reservations included 4 hours of unlimited food, drinks, music and networking at a reasonable price which is a major attraction," added Joseph F. Limongelli, President of BMAR.

HUNDREDS OF TOYS DONATED TO NEEDY CHILDREN

Each year, members and friends attending the Holiday Party donate unwrapped toys for needy children. "Hundreds of toys were collected at the event and were distributed to Castia Maria, Madison Square Garden Boys & Girls Club and Beth Miriam Beth Jacobs School" stated Limongelli, Board President. Donating Christmas and Chanukah gifts is a good way of making the spirit of the holiday season memorable to children less fortunate to our own.
