DDI came to Inflow in November 2002 to house their mission-critical web-based application. They also recently signed a contract for Inflow's NOC (Network Operations Center) A central or regional location for monitoring a large network. Also called a "network management center" (NMC), "service management center" (SMC) or "network control center" (NCC), a NOC may be used to manage a large enterprise network,  Co-Sourcing services which allows the company to use Inflow's Network Operations Center See NOC.

Financial Results

Fourth-quarter recurring revenues grew 20% from the prior quarter due to new customer additions and increased sales to existing customers. Inflow general manager Pat Bixel attributes the recent revenue growth to Inflow's growing reputation for superior reliability and customer service.

"Inflow is proud of the substantial increase in revenue in the last half of 2002 for the Pittsburgh market," said Bixel. "As word of mouth spreads about our service level and operational excellence, we continue to win more and more customers from our competitors."

Among the new customers who chose Inflow to be their outsourced managed hosting provider were Development Dimensions International (DDI), Basis100, and Webmedx.

Operating Results

For the 14th consecutive quarter, Inflow delivered 100% availability in facility and Internet access services. Mean time to install customers improved to 16 days and, excluding the effect of third-party provisioning delays, mean time to install was three days.

The Pittsburgh IDC received a 9.3 rating on a 10-point scale for overall customer satisfaction in a study completed by Atlanta-based CSM CSM - ["CSM - A Distributed Programming Language", S. Zhongxiu et al, IEEE Trans Soft Eng SE-13(4):497-500 (Apr 1987)]. , Inc., an independent provider of comprehensive, creative and accurate research. According to CSM, the industry average rating is 7.9. More significant is the fact that 9.4 out of 10 existing customers would refer Inflow to a peer.

Inflow Pittsburgh is a member of The Pittsburgh Technology Council and hosts ongoing industry-relevant seminars with the next topic focusing on Business Continuance and Disaster Recovery.
