NAEDA NAEDA North American Equipment Dealers Association  

Robert "Bob" Rosene, president of Rosene International, Inc., a Case IH dealership in Perry, Iowa, was installed as president of the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) during the recent annual conference in Corpus Christi, Texas Corpus Christi is a coastal city and the county seat of Nueces CountyGR6 in the U.S. state of Texas. It is part of the region known as South Texas. . Ed Allen, Jr., first vice president, operates Allen of Centre, a Deere dealership in Centre, Ala.

Paul E. Kindinger has been named NAEDA's executive vice president and CEO, succeeding the retiring David G. Ottaway. Holding a doctorate in agricultural economics from Cornell University, Kindinger most recently served as president/CEO of the Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) and has extensive agricultural experience in the public and private sectors.

Laurel, Miss., as first vice president; Jerry Danuser, Danuser Machine Co., Fulton, Mo., as second vice president; Tony Osowski, Terra Mark Industries, Minot, N.D., as secretary; and Tom Burenga, Worksaver Inc., Litchfield Ill., as treasurer.

Newly elected board members are Rich Heiniger, RHS, Hiawatha, Kan.; David Onion and Buffalo Equipment, Columbus, Neb. Joe Jandrisch, Degelman Industries, Inc., Minot, N.D., will serve on the board as chairman of the associate marketing section.
