200 Chambers Street tower gearing up for occupancy.

In less than three months, buyers will move into 200 Chambers Street, TriBeCa's first full-service residence.

The glass-sheathed condominium, where sales have been vigorous--200 of its 258 homes were sold in under a year--is close to parks, the Hudson River, excellent schools, top restaurants, and is located in one of the world's most vibrant, changing and architecturally rich areas, Lower Manhattan. 200 Chambers Street is close to some of the city's top-rated elementary and middle schools, in addition to Stuyvesant and Millennium High Schools.

This stunning tower is near 30-acre Battery City Park, which boasts sports fields, playgrounds, art and sports activities. Washington Market Park is across the street, with Rockefeller Park and the North Cove nearby. And Whole Foods, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Barnes & Noble are coming to the neighborhood as well.

"People like the on-site parking garage with private elevator to the building lobby, 24-hour concierge, landscaped garden, health club and full-sized indoor pool," said Adrienne Albert, President of The Marketing Directors, Inc, the company handling sales and marketing. "Homeowners will feel a part of New York City when they look out floor-to-ceiling windows to dazzling cityscapes."

200 Chambers Street is a collaboration between famed architect Lord Norman Foster, involved in the initial building design, and renowned architect Costas Kondylis, who completed the vision.

Premium one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, ranging from 754 square feet to 2,215 square feet and priced from $1,120,000 to $3,010,000, are still available. The Marketing Directors, Inc. is exclusive agent.
