200,000 s/f warehouse space leased at Johnson & Johnson campus.

 Park, N.J., has leased 200,737 s/f of warehouse space at 2300 Route 1, the former Johnson & Johnson North Brunswick Campus, which it acquired earlier this year.

With these two short-term leases, approximately one-third of the 1.2 million square feet of warehouse, office and laboratory buildings located on the 212-acre site are now leased.

Chuck Fern of Lee & Klatskin represented North Brunswick TOD Associates in the transactions and is marketing the remaining 700,000 s/f of space for lease.

Johnson & Johnson has occupied and leased 213,000 s/f of office and laboratory space at the property since North Brunswick TOD Associates acquired the corporate campus last spring.

Consumer products manufacturer Church & Dwight has leased 133,098 s/f of warehouse space as part of an expansion. The transaction, which represents the first new lease at the property since it was acquired by North Brunswick TOD Associates, also includes more than 1,600 square feet of office space. Scott Belfer of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  represented Church & Dwight.

Church & Dwight already has an additional 1.5 million square feet of warehouse space, as well as a manufacturing facility, in North Brunswick.

In the second transaction, Furniture X-Change, a reseller An organization that sells hardware and software to the general public. Resellers purchase products from software publishers and hardware manufacturers.  of corporate office furniture, has leased 67,639 square feet of warehouse space at the property. Newmark Knight & Frank represented Furniture X-Change in its short-term lease.

The property also features 10 acres of parking facilities for trailers and is fully fenced and secure, as well.

North Brunswick TOD Associates will subdivide TO SUBDIVIDE. To divide a part of a thing which has already been divided.
