), a world leader in 3D interior design and sales software, today announced it has successfully completed the previously announced acquisition of all assets, business and software solutions of MBI Software Company GmbH for 2.81 Millions Euros (US $3.3 Million) in cash.

MBI is focused on developing, marketing and implementing software solutions tailored to the needs of the furniture manufacturing industry. Its products include ERP solutions, supplemented by applications such as workflow management and business intelligence. Its software is especially adapted to products such as case goods case goods

These new employees are expected to eventually generate sales at a rate equivalent to 20-20's current revenue per employee, although the short term revenue per employee rate is anticipated to be approximately US$100,000 per employee. Management also expects the operations to be accretive to earnings in 2006. A Unique Strategic Opportunity

New Central and Eastern Europe region

The new company will operate in Germany and in Eastern and Central Europe as MBI 20-20 Technologies GmbH and will focus on serving its current customers, consisting of over 130 of the largest kitchen, office and residential furniture manufacturers in Germany. "With the know-how and the products of MBI, we increase our competence and credibility in the ERP field substantially. MBI 20-20 Technologies in Osnabruck will be the main competency center for our worldwide ERP activities," said Mr. Mignault.

The MBI 20-20 team will continue to develop the MBI Factory Network product to meet the needs of their manufacturer clients and also grow their strong market position in Germany, Benelux and Austria, while further opening the emerging Eastern Europe markets.
