20/20 Web Design Inc. (OTCBB:TWBD) is pleased to announce that the Company entered into a Letter of Intent whereby it operations will be consolidated with West Hastings Partnership and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Ventures Network S.A. ("Global").

As part of the proposed transaction, the Company will issue 30,000,000 shares of its common stock to the partnership. Upon completion of the acquisition, additional officers and directors will be appointed. The letter of intent is contingent upon satisfactory completion of the due diligence investigations by both companies, execution of a definitive merger agreement and requisite Board of Director and shareholder approval, if required.

In Mexico, the private telecommunication corporation has already established business in rural areas for 5500 networks. This consists of development of 4000 multi line community networks connected through PBX's and 1500 single line payphone networks operated with pre paid phone cards. GLOBAL working with the Joint Venture partnership is the contender fulfilling the void under a revenue sharing agreement.

The typical revenue from each network is US$800.00 to $1000.00 per month In Guatemala, the situation is very similar.

GLOBAL's solution is a satellite based communication network tied directly to one of the world's largest Internet backbones. GLOBAL has engaged companies, which have been building satellite-based telecommunication infrastructure and are responsible for a high percentage of such systems in place today.

The effective deployment of GLOBAL's plan will result in a cost effective telecommunication network that enables the provision of reliable telecommunication connectivity, including Internet, throughout the target markets. GLOBAL has started this undertaking and has proven that the GLOBAL network is a viable, superior alternative. The economics of the business model have also been tested and its strong profitability has been confirmed.

The development of the GLOBAL network will be carried out in three stages:

1) Stage One: is underway and includes building the network out

to include: a) Signing In-Country Partners in the two priority

countries, Mexico and Guatemala (Nicaragua under negotiation).

b) Detailed assessment of market potential and prioritization

of additional market targets. Attainment of sustained positive

cash flow and financial self-sufficiency.

2) Stage Two: Consummation of expanded satellite coverage

agreements and bandwidth supplier relationships, completion of

financing to support Stage 2. Sign contracts with In-Country

Partners in additional prospective Latin American target

markets as well as establishing leasing facility offering for

network customers.

3) Stage Three: Expansion of roll out to other geographic areas,

most likely to start in Asia where discussions are currently

underway.
