 BB: TWNK) announced today the appointment of Scott A. Ervin as its president and chief executive officer. Ervin is a seasoned businessman with extensive investment banking experience. As the new president of 20/20 Networks Inc., Ervin will be leading a team of merger-acquisition specialists.

Ervin stated, "We have a great opportunity to become a leader in the restructuring of both early development companies and small cap companies for the benefit of our shareholders. We have already targeted a niche player in the medical waste disposal market. Negotiations are underway to conclude a merger before the end of the year. The medical waste technology generates income and opportunities for licensing. Using microwave technology, the new company is environmentally friendly Environmentally friendly, also referred to as nature friendly, is a term used to refer to goods and services considered to inflict minimal harm on the environment.[1]  which gives it an advantage over competitors in the medical waste industry who rely upon burning or chemical applications.
