 BB: MBWS MBWS Monkey Bay Wildlife Sanctuary (Belize) ), formerly known as 20/20 Networks Inc., announced that it has completed its name change in connection with its acquisition of Sanitec(TM) Services of Hawaii Inc., and will now be known as "Micro Bio-Medical Waste Systems Inc." As part of its name change, its common stock is now quoted on the OTC Electronic Bulletin Board under the symbol "MBWS." In connection with the name change, the company is also implementing a forward stock split of 1-for-20 for shareholders of record as of Dec. 22, 2003.
