2-Track Global Inc Announce Execution of Memorandum of Understanding with Vema GmbH of Germany.

NEW YORK -- 2-Track Global Inc (OTCBB:TOTG) today announced that its UK subsidiary, 2-Track Limited, had executed an agreement with Vema of Wolfsburg, Germany, a company which specialises in OEM supply of products for major car manufacturer in Germany. Due to a recent substantial increase in the theft in German vehicle insurance market, issues have arisen in relation in spiralling insurance costs which are being addressed by the manufacturers and insurers. As a consequence some of manufacturer has now established an insurance company to insure its own vehicles but it is also insisting upon the integration of enhanced security features. Vema has approached 2-Track to develop a security system for major manufacturer in Germany.

Under the terms of the executed MoU technical engineers from both companies shall jointly develop hardware and software. Vema wishes to become a supplier of 2-Track's Condor products and services in Germany. It has been agreed that both parties will build a business model that will include revenue sharing and 2-Track have agreed to immediately undertake trials of hardware and software products with Vema. 2-Track will also agree to extend all necessary technical support to Vema in marketing, implementation and maintenance of its high end products and technology.
