NEW YORK -- 2-Track Global Inc Announce Execution of Contract with MuWon Corporation for the Manufacture, Supply and Distribution of Electronic Container Seals (P-Seal).

2-Track Global Inc (OTCBB:TOTG) today announces it has executed commercial contracts with MuWon Corporation, a Korea based company involved in the design, manufacture and sale of seals for shipping containers. Under the terms of the contract, 2-Track and MuWon shall jointly develop an electronic container seal (P-seal) which combines the coupling of a locking bolt device with an RFM (radio frequency module) unit to produce what is referred to as the P-seal. Once a P-seal has been locked in placed and attached to a container it then cannot be unsealed without such an event being detected and logged. The P-seal will enable carriers and their customers to demonstrate the integrity and security of their containers and contents whilst in transit either by air, sea or land and will provide a constant process of reporting on a range of information such as the time at which the container was opened on its journey (if at all), the location at which the container was opened and the period of time the container remained open. Under the terms of the contractual arrangements, MuWon will manufacture the product utilising 2-Track's technology and MuWon will be granted sales and distribution rights to maximise the promotion, marketing, sale and distribution of the product, not only to MuWon's existing customers but also to new customers.
