2 newly appointed judges of SC to take oath today.ISLAMABAD, September 06, 2009 (Frontier Star): Newly appointed judges of Supreme Court including Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice (Retd) Rehmat Hussain would take oath of their office today (Monday) in a simple but dignified ceremony. On Saturday, President Asif Ali Zardari Asif Ali Zardari (Urdu: آصف علی زرداری) (Sindhi:آصف علي زرداري) (born July 21, 1956) is the chief of the Zardari tribe and the appointed Justice Khilji Arif Hussain Judge High Court of Sindh At the time of establishment of the High Court of West Pakistan the number of the Judges of the Karachi Bench was almost the same but subsequently it was increased to 15 and on separation of Sindh & Baluchistan High Courts 12 Judges were allocated to the Sindh High Court and 3 Judges to and Justice (Retd) Rehman Hussain Jaffery, Former Judge Singh Court as Judges of the Supreme Court. Chief Justice of Pakistan The Chief Justice of Pakistan heads the Supreme Court of Pakistan. These are the names of the Chief Justices of the Supreme Court of Pakistan (known as the Federal Court until 1960). Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhary would administrate the oath from newly appointed judges of apex court. With the appointments of two more judges, the strength of Supreme Court judges reached to 17 including the Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhary.
