Melissa Santonelli and Paul Glenn are the newest additions to the Phillips Forbes team. The entire team will work out of Halstead's east side office at 1356 Third Ave. The announcement was made by Phillips Forbes, senior vice president, Halstead Property Company. "Finding the right home or opportunity is a process that requires commitment and concern for the buyer's and/or seller's needs," said Phillips Forbes. "It's essential that my, clients have someone working for them at all times. To this end, I've assembled a team of professionals that are in constant communication with each other. Each member can assume responsibility for any project when necessary, keeping things running smoothly." Santonelli's energy, warmth, integrity and professionalism define her approach to representing both buyers and sellers. Her real estate career began at Manhattan Apartments, where while training under a top agent, she soon found herself as one of the top producers of the firm. In no time, she was leading a team of four agents and doing business almost exclusively through referrals. Her keen understanding of the market and the trends driving the industry have allowed her to build a substantial client base and an impressive success rate.
