2 executives added to Halstead roster.

Louise Phillips Forbes, one of New York City's leading brokers, has added two executives to her team to further accommodate her growing roster of clients. Melissa Santonelli and Paul Glenn are the newest additions to the Phillips Forbes team. The entire team will work out of Halstead's east side office at 1356 Third Ave. The announcement was made by Phillips Forbes, senior vice president, Halstead Property Company.

"Finding the right home or opportunity is a process that requires commitment and concern for the buyer's and/or seller's needs," said Phillips Forbes. "It's essential that my, clients have someone working for them at all times. To this end, I've assembled a team of professionals that are in constant communication with each other. Each member can assume responsibility for any project when necessary, keeping things running smoothly."

Santonelli's energy, warmth, integrity and professionalism define her approach to representing both buyers and sellers. Her real estate career began at Manhattan Apartments, where while training under a top agent, she soon found herself as one of the top producers of the firm. In no time, she was leading a team of four agents and doing business almost exclusively through referrals. Her keen understanding of the market and the trends driving the industry have allowed her to build a substantial client base and an impressive success rate.

Santonelli is a graduate of Salve Regina University with a BA. degree in business management with a concentration in Marketing. A licensed real estate broker, she grew up in Arlington, Mass. and is an accomplished dancer and gymnast.

Glenn learned the real estate business over nightly dinners with his father and grandfather. Residential developers, Glenn's family started their portfolio constructing apartment buildings throughout New Jersey in the late 1960's. He followed suit joining Halstead in 1994. He studied the business from the ground up building his knowledge base and honing his marketing skills. After four years with Halstead and subsequent positions with Sotheby's and at The Corcoran Group, Glenn rejoined Halstead as part of the Phillips Forbes team.

His attention to detail, organizational skills and his solid real estate experience provide the team's clients with another level of comfort and ease to the home buying and selling process. Glenn was born and raised in the tri-state area and graduated from Brandeis University with a B.A. degree in both political science and fine art. He then completed his M.F.A degree in painting from Rhode Island School of Design. Glenn is an accomplished painter whose work has been shown in galleries throughout Manhattan.
