Deputies were called to The Cig Shop, 24150 Lyons Ave., by a neighbor who reported hearing ``somebody tearing tear·ing n. Epiphora. up the roof and possibly hammering on walls,'' sheriff's Sgt. Ron Olfert said. Deputies arrived and chased two men who jumped from the roof, Olfert said. They arrested Armen Tagvoryan, 22, of Panorama City but the other man got away. Deputies also arrested Harry Vasquez, 23, of Orlando, Fla., who they suspect of being the getaway driver. Each of the suspects was being held in lieu of Instead of; in place of; in substitution of.
