2 SIBLINGS RULED OUT IN KILLING OF BEAUTY QUEEN.

JonBenet Ramsey's half brother and half sister were publicly ruled out Thursday as suspects in her slaying.

The Reverend Canon John G.B. Andrew, D.D., O.B.E. (born January 10, 1931 in Yorkshire, England) is a British-American Anglican clergyman and the Rector Emeritus of St.
 Ramsey, 20, and Melinda Ramsey, 25, ``are being publicly cleared of involvement to relieve them of stress caused by inappropriate speculation,'' city spokesman Kelvin McNeill said at a news conference.

City officials refused, as they have all along, to discuss other suspects in the strangling of the 6-year-old beauty queen.

Meanwhile, investigators obtained a third handwriting sample from JonBenet's mother because the earlier samples were affected by medication she has been taking since her daughter's body was found Dec. 26 in the basement of the family's home.

Investigators want to compare her writing against a ransom note found in the home. The note demanded $118,000.

 Nightly News'' reported Thursday that a final analysis of the handwriting of JonBenet's father, John Ramsey Notable people named John Ramsey have included:

, showed no match to the ransom note.

The network also reported that tissue, possibly human, was found under JonBenet's fingernails, indicating she fought her attacker, and, contrary to earlier reports, no semen was found on her body or clothing.

Until Thursday, investigators had not ruled out any family member in the slaying of the former Little Miss Colorado

Melinda Ramsey and her brother, John Andrew Ramsey, are the children of John Ramsey and his former wife, Lucinda Ramsey Johnson. John and Patsy Ramsey Patricia Ann "Patsy" Ramsey (née Paugh) (December 29, 1956 — June 24, 2006), was the mother of JonBenét Ramsey, a 6-year-old American beauty pageant contestant who was murdered in her Boulder, Colorado home on December 26, 1996. , who is JonBenet's mother, also have a 10-year-old son.

Johnson had said her children spent Christmas at her home in Atlanta, but police said they had trouble verifying the report. McNeill said police were forced to go to Roswell, Ga., last week to check out the alibis because the family has refused to cooperate with police and give a formal interview.
