Tommy Lee (born Thomas Lee Bass on October 3, 1962), is a Greek American rock musician.

``They killed Ramtin that night but they also killed a lot of other things that night,'' said Medei Sina, who was also hit by a bullet the night his friend was killed. ``They killed a part of my family, they killed the trust I had and they killed a part of Ramtin's parents.''

``This whole thing made me a lot stronger though,'' said Medei Sina, now 18. ``I'm able to deal with difficult things that I didn't know I could deal with before. When someone close to you dies, you build up a tougher outer skin and things don't bother you as much anymore.''

In August, a jury found Singletary and Williams guilty of murdering Shaolian as he walked with five friends behind the movie theater at the Fallbrook Mall, after less than four hours of deliberations.

Prosecutors said Shaolian was killed after his friends got into a verbal confrontation with Singletary, who was out with Williams and four high school girls High School Girls (女子高生 Joshi Kōsei  for a night of cruising and drinking.

Testimony from two of those girls revealed that a fight broke out at a pay phone outside the theater when Singletary asked the youths, ``Where you from?'' and one of them replied, ``Do you think we look like gangbangers?''

Singletary then jumped into a car with Williams and the four girls, hunted down the group of youths later in the rear of the Fallbrook Mall and wildly shot nine rounds into the crowd, hitting Shaolian and the Sina brothers and shouting, ``Well you are gangbangers now!''

On Tuesday, Van Nuys Superior Court Judge Sandy Kriegler sentenced Williams to life in prison without the possibility of parole parole (pərōl`), in criminal law, release from prison of a convict before the expiration of his term on condition that his activities be restricted and that he report regularly to an officer.  for first-degree murder with the special circumstance Circumstance or circumstances can refer to:
