CANYON COUNTRY - The drivers of two vehicles were arrested Tuesday night for investigation of reckless driving reckless driving n. operation of an automobile in a dangerous manner under the circumstances, including speeding (or going too fast for the conditions, even though within the posted speed limit), driving after drinking (but not drunk), having too many passengers in  after a high-speed crash on Sand Canyon Road that left a passenger clinging to life, authorities said.

Justin N. Stumbo, 19, a passenger in Gomes' car, sustained major head trauma and was reported to be on life support Wednesday afternoon. Gomes and Adams suffered moderate lacerations and abrasions, while Lester received a minor scrape. They were treated and released, officials said.
