Blaze probed

ARSON investigators were drafted in yesterday to sift through the remains of a city garage that was ravaged by fire. The move follows a huge blaze at City Road Garage in Newcastle's Ouseburn Valley The Ouseburn Valley is a cultural oasis in the East end of Newcastle upon Tyne, England.

Now spanned by three impressive bridges, the Lower Ouseburn was the focal point for the beginnings of the Industrial Revolution in Newcastle with Coal brought from the town Moor along the
 on Sunday evening which gutted the building and 10 cars inside. Firefighters spent more than 20 hours dealing with it.

Camera trap for Metro gamblers

SAFETY cameras have been installed at a Metro crossing to snare snare (snar) a wire loop for removing polyps and tumors by encircling them at the base and closing the loop.

Park skate plan

A DECISION will be taken today on an ambitious bid to build two outdoor synthetic ice rinks in a seafront park. Businessman Ronald Scott, of Front Street, Tynemouth, wants to create the rinks in Tynemouth Park which would also be floodlit flood·light

Falling pound a mixed blessing
