2 CONDOS GUTTED FIREFIGHTERS, SHERIFF'S INVESTIGATORS SUSPECT ARSON.

LANCASTER - An afternoon fire that gutted two College Terrace Park town homes and damaged a third is being investigated as possible arson.

No one was injured in the blaze, officials said, because the occupants of the two-story town home where the fire started were away, and the second gutted home was vacant.
