2 BANK ROBBERS SENTENCED.

Two 25-year-old men who pleaded guilty to robbing a Canyon Country bank in 1996 were sentenced Monday to 41 months in prison.

Jason Gordon Jones of Canyon Country and Aaron Gregory Sarver of Los Alamitos Los Alamitos (lôs ăləmē`təs, lŏs), city (1990 pop. 11,676), Orange co., NE of Long Beach, S Calif., in a suburban area; inc. 1960. In exchange for their pleas, the government agreed not to prosecute the men for two other bank robberies they were suspected of committing within days of the Great Western heist. Jones and Sarver ordered employees and customers to the floor at gunpoint, then demanded money from the tellers.
