 and Thomas Tosh, both of Neenach, were arrested Monday in the explosion of a homemade bomb Saturday night in a locker room at Frazier Mountain Frazier Mountain is a mountain (or peak) that is located near Frazier Park, California and Lake of the Woods, California to the north. The suspects told authorities the explosive was intended as a prank, Komin said. No one was injured, although several several lockers were destroyed.

Hancock was scheduled to graduate from the school this month, while Tosh is a former student who was on independent study, Komin said.
