The Antelope Valley runners are set to compete today in what's considered among the state's most prestigious races. Highland High's Jeremy Acosta and Caitlin Fitzgerald are among more than 19,000 runners from 525 schools scheduled to compete at the Mount San Antonio Mount San Antonio, better known to most in Los Angeles as Old Baldy or Mount Baldy, is the highest peak in the San Gabriel Mountains of Southern California, USA and the highest point in Los Angeles County.
