Customizable, Interactive, Web-Based One-to-One Strategy Program Empowers Companies Seeking To Accelerate the Impact of CRM Initiatives

1to1Catalyst launches at a time when, despite the billions of dollars being invested in CRM projects, nearly 80 percent are predicted to fail to deliver expected returns. According to a recent study by Online Learning Magazine, the percentage of companies using e-learning to train employees grew from 16 percent in 2000, to 24 percent in 2001.
