To make confusedly intricate; complicate. to 1st Silicon as the company has never sought, purchased or used such software anywhere in the company. WWK alleges factory consulting services Noun 1. consulting service - service provided by a professional advisor (e.g., a lawyer or doctor or CPA etc.) service - work done by one person or group that benefits another; "budget separately for goods and services" they performed, yet no one from that company has ever met with any 1st Silicon official or visited 1st Silicon facilities. The case will be vigorously fought by The Company. 1st Silicon's attorneys, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, are handling this matter, and have advised that there are no merits to WWK's claims.
