) announced today that the Board of Directors has appointed Randall T. Hata, Senior Vice President and Controller, as acting Chief Financial Officer. Hata is one of the key members of the original management team that organized 1st Century in 2003 and has headed the finance department since 1st Century's opening in March 2004.
