1ST BANCORP Announces Dividend.VINCENNES, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 1997--The Board of Directors of 1ST BANCORP today declared a cash dividend of $.07 per share of common stock of the corporation. With the three-for-two stock split announced October 23, 1997, the quarterly cash dividend would have adjusted to $.0667 per share; therefore, this announced dividend results in a 5% increase in cash dividend to shareholders. The cash dividend is payable on December 15, 1997 to shareholders of record as of November 28, 1997.
