In an effort to build the extensive delivery vehicle needed to support the community, 1NService contracted with Tachyon Solutions, a provider of custom e-business and interactive marketing solutions to design the extranet and implement the backbone of the social community, Ektron CMS400.NET.

With Ektron CMS400.NET managing the 1NService Web site content, members now have the ability to easily communicate through the extranet. Member companies can create their own profile pages and have the ability to update and make changes as needed; guaranteeing that information shared within the community is timely and accurate. Member companies can also catalog their personal information, areas of expertise, skills and certifications, making it easy for users to search and find the resources they need. Bottleneck issues that use to occur when member information was distributed have also since been dissolved with the use of the CMS system.
