ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 7, 1998--1MAGE Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISOL) posted results for its first quarter ended March 31, 1998.

1MAGE Software reported revenue of $442,994 for the three months ended March 31, 1998 versus revenue of $531,518 for the same quarter in 1997. The company reported net income of $3,323 (or $.00 per share) for the first quarter of 1998, as compared to a net loss of ($108,516) (or $.05 per share) for the same period a year ago.

Although revenue was slightly lower in the current quarter, the components of revenue generated higher gross profit. The company's selling, general and administrative expenses were 25% lower for the first quarter of 1998, as compared to first quarter, 1997. -0-
