Players of 1999 and of All Time The top 10 women's basketball players from NCAA NCAA abbr. National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I were named to the 1999 Division I Women's Basketball Kodak All-America Team today. This prestigious 10-member squad, highlighted by four-time winner Chamique Holdsclaw, of Tennessee, was selected by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA). Holdsclaw, who led Tennessee to an Elite Eight appearance in this season's NCAA Tournament, joins Ann Meyers of UCLA UCLA University of California at Los Angeles UCLA University Center for Learning Assistance (Illinois State University) UCLA University of Carrollton, TX and Lower Addison, TX (1975-76-77-78), Lynette Woodard of Kansas (1978-79-80-81) and Cheryl Miller of USC An abbreviation for U.S. Code. (1983-84-85-86) as the only four-time honorees. This marks the 25th season that Kodak and the WBCA have selected an honor roll for the NCAA Division I.
