1998 Tulip Time Scholarship Games.The beginning of a new year means it's time It's Time was a successful political campaign run by the Australian Labor Party (ALP) under Gough Whitlam at the 1972 election in Australia. Campaigning on the perceived need for change after 23 years of conservative (Liberal Party of Australia) government, Labor put forward a to get ready for the terrific Tulip Time Scholarship Games! We'll have plenty of ways for kids to win scholarships and prizes. Kids can compete in footraces, a predicted time race, and contests in tennis, basketball, golf, and soccer. Even moms and dads can compete in their own races for kids'scholarships. New this year will be a flower identification scholarship contest, featuring some of the flowers we've shown here. And of course, it wouldn't be Tulip Time without the Scholarship Spelling Bee spelling bee n. A contest in which competitors are eliminated as they fail to spell a given word correctly.
