1965: WMMA holds meeting.

Members of the Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers Assn. re-elected R.B. Baldwin, Oliver Machinery, to president at its annual meeting in Hot Springs, VA.

Highlights of the program included:

* A talk by N. Chuck Hatcher of Drexel Furniture Co. on "The Pros and Cons of Foreign Machinery;"

* a discussion on "Management and Employer Responsibility Under the New Civil Rights Legislation" by James Kelly, Justice Department attorney;

* a discussion on how Black Bros. Co. handles selling and promotional expenses by company President J.S. Carroll; and

* a presentation by W.A. Fleming of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration on the U.S. space exploration program.
