One hundred ninety-five feature films (111 dramas and 84 comedies or musicals), 111 television series (53 drama and 58 comedies), 96 mini-series or telefilms, and 40 foreign language films have been qualified for the 57th Annual Golden Globe Awards consideration, honoring 1999 achievements, it was announced today by Helmut Voss, president of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

In addition, 109 songs are eligible for the Golden Globe for Best Original Song in a Motion Picture.

Steve Guttenberg, Salma Hayek, Victoria Principal and Martin Sheen will join Voss and Dick Clark
