19 Year-Old Entrepreneur Artin Afsharjavan Sells His Companies to Javan Capital Partners for $6 million.

LLC - Logical Link Control
 today announced that it has purchased several businesses from Artin Afsharjavan for a total of $6 million in cash and equity. The acquisition was completed on March 3rd, and the goal of the purchase was to bring Afsharjavan's business ventures under Javan Capital Partners ownership so that he can devote all of his time to supporting the investment business. Prior to the transaction, Afsharjavan had already invested $2 million in Javan Capital Partners.

The purchase includes Restaurant Javan, a Persian restaurant located in Bethesda, as well as L3 Investments, Continental Alliance Corp., RentSeek.com, USARecalls.com, HillStreetDiamonds.com, and L3 Transportation.

Javan Capital Partners is continuing to raise additional capital until April 11, 2008, at which time it will be closed to new investors until some time in 2009 at the earliest.
