 Kitching and Martin Sockett have been arguably the most active non-League managers in the summer transfer market after Anthony Maguire became Rushall Olympic's 18th new signing.

Maguire has had a previous spell at Dales Lane while former Rushall players Richard Brown - who returns as player-coach - plus Neil Barnfield and Ben Jevons have returned from Shifnal Town. Tim Jackson has rejoined the UniBond Division One South side from Tipton Town and Neil Grainger returns from Stafford Rangers.

Manager Kitching and No 2 Sockett have also brought a handful of players from former club Coleshill Town, with Tom Starkey, Jason Lanns, James Dance James Dance may refer to:

 following them from Pack Meadow. Goalkeeper Chris Gemmell has switched from Sutton Coldfield Town while ex-Romulus Chris Charles, former Stourport Swifts Adam Robinson and exStourbridge and Willenhall Town Scott Stevenson have also been proven at this level.

Mark Lowe (Walsall), Tesfa Robinson (Oldbury United), Ramone Stephens (Shifnal), Craig Gregg (Tipton) have also joined the influx.
