PALMDALE - A 17-year-old Palmdale boy was arrested Friday in the robbery-slaying of an Orange County construction worker found shot to death in a downtown alley alley an area in a cow barn identified by its particular purpose such as a loafing alley, a walking alley or feeding alley. .
